Findley Lake July 4 Celebration

County Chamber Opposed To Farm Bill

July 2, 2009 The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce has announced its opposition to the Farmworker Omnibus Bill. “This bill if passed will force many farmers in Chautauqua County and throughout Upstate New York out of business,” stated Todd Tranum, President/CEO of the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce. “Agriculture is an extremely important component of our region’s economy. December 18, 2008 The Chautauqua Lake Central School girls’ varsity tennis team were Division II champions for 2008. Seven members of the team were also recognized as Scholar Athletes.
