Katherine Meyers and Jeffrey Suraf were united in marriage on May 30, 2015 at 2 p.m. at The Station Art Gallery in Westfield. Pastor Brett Davis of the Gowanda Free Methodist Church performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Kathleen Meyers of Westfield and the granddaughter of Adeline Meyers of Westfield.
The groom is the son of Mark and Susan Suraf of Perrysburg and the grandson of Jean Suraf of Perrysburg and Bob and Esther Lennertz of Gowanda.
Kari Schwendeman of Winter Garden, Fla., friend of the bride, served as honor attendant. The bridesmaids were the bride's sisters, Joanna Schloman of Streetsboro, Ohio and Sarah Lindquist of Towson, Md. and the groom's cousin, Jessica LaChausse. Sophia LaChausse, cousin of the groom, served as flower girl.
The best man was Brian Suraf of Potsdam, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Steven Suraf, cousin of the groom ,and Thomas Lennertz and Wesley Suraf, uncles of the groom, all of Perrysburg. The ring bearers were nephews of the bride, Billy and Jack Schloman of Streetsboro, Ohio and friends of the bride, Asa and Micah Schwendenman of Winter Garden, Fla.
A reception was held at Chautauqua Suites in Mayville.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown Business College. She is employed as kennel manager at Fredonia Animal Hospital.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and a 2009 graduate of SUNY Fredonia. He is employed as an accounting clerk at Lake Shore Savings Bank.
The couple honeymooned in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
They are at home in Silver Creek.
